CRT was responsible for developing our first .net application when there were limited resources. They were the firts architect for the project creating the first Domestic Violence Information System in Florida. Recently they did a complete rewrite of the application, which is an overwhelming success. He also consulted on several small projects; he made them successful and helped to bring them in under budget.
